THE PRAGUE CITY GALLERY was founded in 1963 as a body responsible for collecting and exhibiting Czech art of the 19th and 20th centuries. It also supervised the process of restoration and erection of monuments, sculptures, memorial tablets etc. at public places in the city. HOUSE OF THE GOLDEN RING - Tynska 6, (map) Exhibition of art from 2nd half of the 20th century and contemporary art. Currently closed for reconstruction. TROJA CHATEAU - U Trojskeho zamku 1, (map) Exhibition of Eternal summer in a Roman villa and Wine museum and vinothèque VILLA BILEK - Mickiewiczova 1, (map) Exhibition of leading Czech Art Nouveau artist Mr. Bílek. Currently closed for reconstruction.
